Work Permit & Administrative

Work Permit

Work Permit Application & Renewal

Whether you're applying for a new work permit or renewing an existing one, our team handles the entire MOM submission process. We ensure all documents are in order and deadlines are met — including new applications, biennial renewals, cancellations, and appeal submissions if needed.

Maid Insurance

Maid Insurance

MOM requires all employers to maintain valid insurance coverage for their domestic helper throughout the work permit period. We offer competitive plans covering medical insurance, personal accident, and the mandatory security bond — all arranged hassle-free.

Settling-In Programme

Settling-In Programme (SIP)

All first-time helpers in Singapore must attend the MOM-approved Settling-In Programme within their first three days. The SIP covers safety awareness, adapting to life in Singapore, and understanding the rights and responsibilities of both employers and helpers.

Employer Orientation Programme

Employers' Orientation Programme (EOP)

First-time employers of domestic helpers are required by MOM to complete the EOP before the work permit is issued. This programme helps you understand your legal responsibilities, set fair expectations, and build a positive working relationship from day one.

Embassy Endorsement

Embassy Endorsement & Documentation

Certain employment processes require endorsement from your helper's home country embassy. Our team liaises directly with the Indonesian, Filipino, and Myanmar embassies to ensure all documentation is properly processed — saving you embassy visits and paperwork.

Ongoing Support

AIC Training

AIC-Accredited Caregiving Training

This is what truly sets JPB apart. For helpers assigned to elderly care or specialised caregiving roles, we arrange additional training through Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) accredited trainers once the helper arrives in Singapore. Training covers safe mobility assistance, fall prevention, vital signs monitoring, dietary meal preparation, medication management, dementia-friendly communication, and emotional companionship.

JPB Exclusive Government-Accredited
Aftercare

Post-Placement Aftercare

The first few weeks and months of any placement are critical. Our aftercare team provides regular check-ins, counselling for both employer and helper, and mediation support if challenges arise. If a placement truly doesn't work out, we assist with replacement arrangements.

Home Leave

Home Leave, Passport Renewal & Repatriation

From booking air tickets and coordinating home leave travel, to renewing passports through the relevant embassy, to managing the full repatriation process at end of contract — we handle all the logistics so the process is smooth for both you and your helper.

Medical Check Up

Medical Check-Ups

Domestic helpers in Singapore are required to undergo regular medical examinations as mandated by MOM. We arrange these check-ups at approved clinics and ensure results are submitted on time — keeping you fully compliant with zero hassle.
