What started as a small team with a simple mission — to connect families with helpers they can truly rely on — has grown into one of Singapore’s most trusted placement agencies, serving more than 10,000 households across the island.

Most agencies claim their helpers are “well-trained.” At JPB, we can prove it. Once your helper arrives in Singapore, we arrange structured training through Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) accredited trainers — Singapore’s national standard for caregiving competence.
This isn’t a one-day orientation. It’s a professional programme covering mobility assistance, fall prevention, medication management, dietary meal preparation, dementia-friendly communication, and emotional companionship.
